I really wanted to make a new cosplay for the Boston Comic Con this year but I sorta ran out of time/funds so, if you’re planning on going, I’ll be there tomorrow wearing my 80’s Rogue outfit. Come over an’ say hi, Sugah.
Since it’s International Cat Day- here’s some photos of my little buddy, Radar.
Bill Sienkiewicz 1994: X-Men: Ultra Collection card set illustrations
Sienkiewicz provided a set of illustrations for the Fleer’s 1994 Ultra line of X-Men cards, which were then reproduced full-size for the X-Men: Ultra Collection poster book limited-series.
OMG…I used to have these cards
Me too!

I think his gawky appearance has since be reconned.
Toad does OK. Of course, his look is ever shifting as well. He’s much more,er, toad-like now. He was weirdly attractive for a while as well.
The mutants that don’t fit the beauty standard usually don’t get much page time. Or their looks get retconed because M Day. I guess one could argue McCoy breaks the mold there but he’d be the only one. ‘Crawler to a certain extent but I know a lot of people who think he’s hot (myself included) so that probably doesn’t hold much water.
I should’a mentioned I meant shirtless. HEHE. Nice anyways!
Oooh. That went right over my head. You know, he’s got feathers for chest hair and I don’t know whether I find that funny or…I don’t even know. Poor little bird boy. Of course, now he looks like every other hot superhero…
I am so many weeks behind in comics, it’s pathetic.
Looks like Big Bad Toy Store has a new Deadpool preorder. He’s a 1/10 scale.
metamorpher suggested I try my hand at Beak. Actually, I’m pretty sure angelophile has brought him up once or twice as well. I gave it my best shot. All these animal folks are difficult!
