I got this suggestion from @risquesno and my scribble mess has been sitting in my sketch pad for more than a week.

Risque thought it seemed like a very Joker and Harley situation. I tend to agree.

Haven’t drawn these two clowns in a stretch. May ink and colour later. But right now, I gotta go to work.
