Pollina’s art was the only thing that made me buy mid-to-late 90’s X-Force!

Lots of Remy today. Scanner chopped a bit of the drawing off but, whatever.
Based on joaskura’s Spar

He’s okay sometimes, but other times it’s just whoooa buddy. I liked the Gen X Christmas special he penciled, though. He drew a good Angelo!
The 90s were a strange time. It was easy to get confused in that haze of luxuriant hair and tiny pouches
Then Adam Pollina came around later on and made it look like melting teenagers.
omfg i love x-force so much <333
I’m sorry. I just found a bunch of scans of X-Force 20 (thanks, Google) and I’m dying.
‘Star, the fuck are you doing in that last panel? Also, why does Ric look like he’s 40?
I actually love Capullo (and goodness knows he’s 1000% better than Rob Liefeld) but, god damn you 1993.
They’re pulled from here: http://comicsbulletin.com/x-force-20/

‘Star, how is your hair even doing that?

I was just thinking about this on the train so you get a scribbly little comic about it.
Boys, boys. You’re both fashion disasters.
Some day I’ll stop reblogging myself. But that day is not today.

X-force #56.

Need to finish Creed’s hand, among other things. Some stuff is a bit wonky but, eh, train doodle.
