That’s not saying much;) I do like the style of those uniforms tho- even if purple/gold makes no tactical sense.
Tabby totally rocked the purple and gold. I didn’t think it worked so well for ‘Star or Terry.
I mean, they’re slightly less ridiculous than the original get ups. At least they have elbow and knee pads which seem like a good functional choice. But the colour is pretty terrible if you’re trying to get the element of surprise. I had the same issue with the Gen X costumes (which look very similar). Those ketchup and mustard outfits may as well have had targets on them.

Yep. Here it is. Shatterstar with pigtails. I feel like it’s just a colouring error but maybe not…

I’m pretty sure I reblogged that panel at some point over the course of the year. You totally didn’t imagine it. Also, purple is not Shatty’s colour. But, hey, even with pigtails, it’s still better than the Liefeld-era…

I thought you might support that idea. I actually sketched something out once before but he sorta ended up looking like Green Arrow. I really wanted to keep the facial hair but between that and the blonde and it was a bit too Oliver Queen-ish. I never posted it.
I think it’s the backwards baseball cap that gets me the most. Tony Daniels- what the Hell were you thinking, man?!
